In this course you will learn how massage relaxes, heals and rejuvenates.  You will focus on increasing awareness of self and others during the energetic exchange that occurs through massage.  Using Swedish massage, you will work on the feet, hands, face, neck and back. Come learn techniques you can use with family and friends.

This workshop will introduce a variety of massage techniques for your partner or friend. We will cover basic swedish and deep tissue techniques. Please wear loosely fitting clothing or shorts and tank tops and bring a yoga mat and a sheet or thin blanket. each partner will receive a full body massage from their partner during the workshop.
