This accelerated learning environment helps you build your hands-on skills and prepare for the MCSE: SharePoint 2013 certification exams. This extended-hours boot camp, led by senior instructors, includes targeted lectures using Microsoft Learning recommended content as well as twelvemonths of access to over 40 hands-on remote labs.

This boot camp includes all the exam vouchers required for certification, along with one free retake voucher if needed. It also includes access to our Microsoft Boot Camp Exclusives, providing indispensible certification exam prep.

Although not required to attend this boot camp, it should be noted that in order to qualify for the MCSE: SharePoint certification candidates must either hold or obtain an MCSA: Server 2012 or MCSA: Office 365 certification.

Prerequisites

• Minimum of one year experience with deploying and administering multiple SharePoint 2010 farms across a large enterprise and/or a minimum of two years experience with SharePoint 2007 and knowledge of the differences between 2007 and 2010, particularly the Service Application model
• Experience managing software in Windows 2008 R2 enterprise server or in a Windows Server 2012 environment
• Experience deploying and managing applications natively, virtually, and in the cloudExperience administering Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Experience configuring Active Directory for use in authentication, authorization and as a user store
• Experience managing an application remotely using Windows PowerShell 2.0
• Experience connecting applications to Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience implementing claims-based security

The MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification is not a pre-requisite to this boot camp but is required to attain the MSCE: SharePoint certification.
