Spring calls us to emerge in a celebration of vibrancy, along with the inspiration of Air Element. As we cook together we will talk about ways the diet changes in the spring and ways we can reconnect after the hibernation of Winter.

- Confetti Coleslaw.
This is a complete protein meal, even without the lamb, to accommodate vegetarians. An ingredients list and recipes will be provided for those who like to cook along.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
