I was first exposed to agile and scrum in 2005 on a large-scale software project where first hand I realized the value of iterative and incremental development.  The more exposure I received to agile and scrum, the more it made sense.  Since then, I have been a scrum master, agile coach, trainer, speaker and most recently, a Certified Scrum Trainer.
