UI designers own the look and feel of apps, websites, and digital products, and the job is judged on whether an interface is effective as much as whether it is attractive. This course builds that foundation deliberately: color, typography, layout, spacing, standard interface conventions, and the common UI patterns users already know how to read. Understanding why those conventions exist is what lets you depart from them intentionally rather than by accident.
From there the course is project-based. You wireframe, then design responsive website and mobile application screens in Figma, applying the concepts immediately rather than storing them up for later. Each project is developed to a professional standard and becomes part of a portfolio you can show to employers and clients, which is what most hiring decisions in UI design actually turn on.
