Currently working as a Group Product Manager at Booking.com, Niels has spent over five years at the forefront of the company's product organization. In this role, he oversees the development platform and operational excellence of the Booking.com mobile app, making it more accessible for millions of travelers to explore the world through the highest-rated travel app globally. His leadership and people management skills have been instrumental in driving success in the competitive travel industry. Prior to this, Niels was Head of Development at GameHouse for nearly six years. There, he provided tech and product leadership for core teams responsible for backend and client systems, contributing significantly to GameHouse's storefronts and mobile games.

Niels holds a Master's in Language and Artificial Intelligence from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
