Make Classic Maki Rolls
Class was great the Instructor was very Knowledgeable. -
Online Cooking: Knife Skills 101
I was great and Chrs did a good job....because i did not get the info and had only some items, I would suggest you send info out sooner rather than later....so everyone could be prepared. Generally I would of had most of the things but had been on vacation and not replenished...That way if people don't get the info they an let you know sooner too. Only other suggestion, would be to have a knife skills class where you just cut items and not cook...takes a lot of time and i wanted more learning on how to cut items and didn't realize I was making edible foods....Not a complain a suggestion. Maybe course should be listed as Knife Skills and Easy or Simple Cooking 101 Loved the recipes too. Janet -

Date Night Welding Workshop
This was a wonderful class to take for a beginning welder. I took the class with my two daughters and my grand-daughter; the women in my family are up for learning all kinds of skills! The instructor, Eli, did a fantastic job. His explanations, demonstrations, and personal help was very thorough and demonstrated much skill and knowledge. The class size was small, which gave everyone plenty of one on one time with the teacher. Everyone in the class was friendly and supportive. We had a lot of fun and plan to take more classes in the future. Elaine Adams -

Date Night Welding Workshop
What a great course! I learned a lot and I had fun doing it. The time flew by. Corinna is knowledgeable, professional and very cordial. And, judging from the work I saw in and around her shop, she is the real deal; a very accomplished artist/blacksmith/welder. As the course title states, this is an introductory course. Each student got to work on a small project using an oxy/actylene torch and a MIG welder. So, it was hands on learning. I believe all of the students in the class felt it was well worth their time and the cost. I know I did. This was my first experience with CourseHorse and the registration and communication was great. And, Corinna said I was the first of her many students to sign up via the site. Thanks Corinna. -- Mike - a.k.a. CourseHorse Mike.
