Matt Cynamon is the Global Alumni Director for General Assembly. Previously, Matt started and ran General Assembly’s campus in London for 2.5 years. In his career Matt has been hired by a startup, has hired dozens of people to work at a startup, and has helped hundreds of people land jobs at startups in both the US and the UK. His experience makes him uniquely qualified to give some insight on what startups are looking for and how to find a job at one.
