Learn fundamental techniques for working with acrylic paints, acrylic medium additives, and contemporary tools and methods that modern painters employ in their creative practice, including essential methods for beginning a painting and bringing it to successful completion.

Methodical Instruction and Support:

This beginner-appropriate course accommodates exploration of both representational and contemporary abstract approaches, focusing fundamentally on acrylic painting techniques and all related aspects of acrylic medium use. The course is designed for newcomers without prior artistic training, and all students receive personalized one-on-one feedback from the instructor. Prior drawing experience is not required to succeed. By the end of the course, you will have created one to two finished paintings you can display and enjoy.
