Social Media for HR

Corporations have created social media-enabled websites to better connect with their customers and advertise for talent. Forward thinking companies are using the same B to B tools that are used to connect with customers to connect with their employees and to enhance the connection, communications and collaboration at work. At the same time, employee use of social media is a real source of concern with impacts on issues like intellectual capital, privacy and the mist-use of the internet.

For all the flux in the social media space, it is clear that HR and HR issues will remain at the center of this revolution in communication and employee relations.

This one day program will examine the aspects of social media and how HR can better utilized existing tools and new technologies to better impact the corporate culture, the smart use of the internet at work and reduce the reputational and legal risks of the inappropriate use of social media.
