The Hold Steady Band Camp

• We are sorry that we cannot issue monetary refunds for cancellations less than 11 business days before a class begins.
• We require no less than 3 business days cancellation notice for us to provide credit for a future class.

Our NYC Adult Boot Camps meet once-a-week for a significant number of weeks and culminate in a public performance. There are no makeups for missed classes. These classes are intimate by their nature, and you and your classmates (bandmates) have a responsibility to one another. In essence, you are a part of a team. As with any semester-long class, there is work to be done outside of class; and people sometimes have obligations that keep them from attending a particular class meeting, but we help one another along to get a shared end goal.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
