Transport yourself to the Eternal City for an unforgettable Roman spring night. This immersive culinary experience features interactive stations where you’ll roll pasta, craft Neapolitan-style pizza, and shake up your own espresso martini.

The event also includes a live DJ, on-site sketch artist, and open bar featuring:

  • Negroni 21 + Aperol Spritz (aperitivo)
  • Prosecco DOC
  • Ciliegiolo red wine
  • Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi white wine
  • Espresso martinis all night long

Standing dinner buffet curated by Chef/Founder Andrea Belfiore
